Surf Camp Fuerteventura

The Surf Camp

Step out the door, and Fuerteventura's lava fields stretch to the horizon on one side, the Atlantic on the other. Our surf lodge sits in Lajares, the coolest, most artsy town on the island's North Shore — a self-proclaimed artists' town lined with cafés, bars and surf shops, and just a short drive from a string of world-class surf spots.>

It's a stylish, modern lodge built around a sheltered pool and Canarian garden, with year-round temperatures around 25°C making this one of Europe's best winter surf destinations.

Whether you're catching your first wave or looking to progress further, our partner surf school's BSA and ISA-licensed instructors — all trained beach lifeguards — will get you into the right conditions.

Our Fuerteventura package is built around a hearty breakfast and five dinners a week, including one balanced BBQ night, plus three yoga sessions and a weekly guided trekking tour up the extinct Calderón Hondo volcano. The lodge itself spans three detached houses set around a shared pool and garden, all within walking distance of Lajares’ town centre. Fuerteventura’s famous North Shore surf spots are just a short drive away, with beach towns like El Cotillo and Corralejo — home to a water park and ferries out to Lobos island — both easy day trips from camp.
