Our family surf camp sits on a 4-star campsite tucked behind the dunes of Biscarrosse-Plage, on France's Atlantic coast in the Landes — just 600 metres from a long, sandy beach break that's perfect for learning to surf, whatever your age.
It's the best of both worlds: the freedom of camping under towering pine trees, with the comfort of stylish glamping lodges, a pool, playground and giant trampoline right on site.
Surf courses run for the whole family, from six-year-olds taking their first lesson to parents chasing bigger waves, with qualified instructors making sure nobody's overwhelmed — or bored.

Our Biscarrosse package is built around full board — breakfast, packed lunch, a midday snack and dinner — plus five days of children’s entertainment, five yoga sessions and a weekly wine and cheese evening for the grown-ups. The camp itself is a small one, just 21 lodges tucked into the pine forest, with an outdoor gym, giant trampoline and lounge area where parents can relax while the kids play within sight. Biscarrosse is only around an hour from Bordeaux’s train station and airport, making this an easy family getaway with lakes, dunes and beach all within reach.

Every stay here is in a stylish camping lodge or mobile home, each with its own kitchen or kitchenette, bathroom and veranda. Our small camp has just 21 accommodations in total, so it never feels crowded — pick the option that best fits your family's size.
Camping Lodge Deluxe — For 2 to 4 people, with a master bedroom (double bed), a children's room with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a private veranda. Built with high-quality wood and bamboo finishes, and made up with duvets, pillows and bed linen.
Camping Lodge — Sleeps up to 5, with a separate parents' room and a children's room with up to three beds, a kitchenette, bathroom and a spacious detached veranda.
Mobile Home — One comfortable mobile home with a queen-size bedroom for parents and a twin room for the kids, plus its own kitchen, living area, bathroom and veranda.
Shared giant trampoline, craft corner and outdoor gym with barbells, resistance bands and a slackline for evenings together.
