Coaching is delivered by experienced instructors with a focus on safety, technique and confidence. Salty Sisters emphasises group support, positive feedback and small group ratios so each sister receives personal guidance. The programme blends practical water time with theory, movement classes and community sessions.

All bungalows and studios are grouped together so sisters can easily socialise after sessions. Accommodation is comfortable and practical with kitchen facilities, private bathrooms on many units and communal terraces for sunrise yoga or evening gatherings. Secure board storage and wetsuit drying areas are provided.
