Not just a retreat..
It's part surf trip, part proper reset- long days on the water, warm water, open skies, and a sun deck to fall into whenever you'd rather just watch the swell roll through. Home for the week is the Island Safari, a 29.6-metre live-aboard with nine air-conditioned, en-suite cabins, a restaurant, bar, lounge and sun deck, plus a dhoni support vessel that gets you out to the waves and back in comfort.
Full board is included throughout- three buffet meals a day, unlimited tea, coffee and water- alongside group airport transfers so the whole trip is properly looked after from the moment you land.
This particular Salty Sisters week is retreat only, with no instructor course attached- just seven days of proper surfing, proper rest and proper company, entirely built around women getting the most out of the Maldives together.

The Area And Surf Spots
Blue Bowls offers a flexible, protected right with plenty of length for performance surfing, while Love Charms links up into fast, barrelling walls when a solid swell is running.
For those chasing something with a bit more bite, Beacons is regarded as one of the Maldives' most powerful waves, and Tiger Stripes delivers a real, growling left when the swell is up- between them, there's a wave suited to wherever you're at across the week.
ACCOMMODATION
Upper Twin/Double Suite: The boat's most spacious option, set on the upper deck with plenty of room to spread out after a day in the water.
Lower Twin/Triple Cabin A comfortable lower-deck cabin that can be configured as a twin or triple, ideal for friends sharing. Lower Triple/Quad Cabin: More space for a bigger group of friends to bunk together, with the same en-suite comfort as every other cabin.
Lower Twin/Double Cabin: A cosy lower-deck twin or double, perfect for pairing up.
Shared spaces on board include an open-top viewing deck, a wicker outdoor lounge on the upper rear deck, and a main-deck dining area, bar and forward lounge with an audio-visual system.

MEALS
Full board is included throughout your stay, with three buffet meals served daily and unlimited tea, coffee and mineral water on tap. When conditions and weather allow, a Maldivian Specialty Beach BBQ brings the group ashore for one of the week’s proper highlights.
SURF LESSONS
Two surf boat trips a day, run via the dhoni support vessel, take the group out to reef breaks across the Central and Southern Atolls, with sessions guided around the day’s swell, wind and tide. Coaching is ISA-led with video analysis included, so you’re not just catching waves- you’re building a genuine understanding of your own surfing across the week. Group sizes stay small and supportive throughout, with plenty of time between sessions to properly recover, whether that’s on the sun deck or simply watching the next set roll in.
SURF EQUIPMENT
Basic snorkelling and fishing gear is included for downtime between sessions. If you’d rather not travel with your own board, a surfboard can be rented and delivered ready for your arrival in Malé.
CAMP ACTIVITIES
Life on board moves at the ocean’s pace- snorkelling, fishing and island hopping are all on offer when you want a change from surfing, alongside the boat’s sun deck, lounge, bar and restaurant for properly switching off.
Paddling out together is where the Salty Sisters spirit really shows- cheering each other into waves, celebrating every small win, and building the kind of friendships that carry on long after the trip ends.
Evenings on board are for good food, good company and comparing notes on the day’s best waves, wherever in the atolls they happened to be.
