Days are built around supportive, small-group surf coaching at Pembrokeshire's best beaches, plus paddle boarding, coasteering and one properly memorable evening around the campfire.
You’ll stay at the Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa, a four-star Georgian country hotel near Pembroke, with a 14-metre indoor pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath, gym and two floodlit tennis courts to fill any spare hour.
Come solo or bring your girls- this is the retreat where our whole Salty Sisters community began, and it still runs on the same idea: strangers on Friday, friends for life by Sunday.

The Area And Surf Spots
Freshwater West is the coastline's big name, a wide, powerful beach break popular with surfers of every level, while Manorbier and Newgale offer more sheltered, beginner-friendly alternatives depending on the day's conditions.
Beyond the beaches, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park offers dramatic walking trails, hidden coves and the colourful harbour town of Tenby, all within easy reach of Lamphey Court.
ACCOMMODATION
Twin Room: A comfortable twin room, a good option for friends travelling together or for solo guests happy to share.
Double Room: A private double room for those wanting their own space to retreat to after a day on the coast.
The hotel's 14-metre indoor pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath, gym, two floodlit tennis courts, restaurant, conservatory, bar and lounge are all part of the week, giving the group somewhere proper to unwind between activities.

Stay at the Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa, a four-star Georgian country hotel near Pembroke, with 39 en-suite rooms and full access to the hotel’s pool, spa and tennis facilities.
MEALS
Breakfast and dining arrangements will be confirmed as part of your final package, with Lamphey Court’s conservatory and Georgian Room restaurants, plus its bar and lounge, all on hand for relaxed meals and evenings together. Dietary requirements are always discussed ahead of your stay, so the table works for everyone in the group.
SURF LESSONS
Coaching is genuinely built around the group- complete beginners learn together, returning surfers rebuild their confidence, and improving surfers keep progressing, all at a pace that suits them.
Sessions run at whichever of Pembrokeshire’s beaches- Freshwater West, Manorbier or another suitable spot- is offering the best conditions on the day, led by a local team who’ve been reading this coastline for over 25 years.
SURF EQUIPMENT
Surfboards and wetsuits are provided for every coached session, along with any other specialist equipment your activities need.
CAMP ACTIVITIES
One paddle boarding, kayaking or coasteering session is built into the week, giving the group a different way to experience the Pembrokeshire coastline together.
Paddling out together is where the Salty Sisters spirit really shows- cheering each other into waves, celebrating every small win, and building the kind of friendships that carry on long after the trip ends.
Back at the hotel, two floodlit tennis courts, a spa bath and a fully equipped gym round out the week, and one evening, conditions allowing, the whole group slows down around a campfire- hot drinks, music and stories, with nowhere else to be.
