This is Salty Sisters Surf Camp France, a week away for women who want to surf, connect and switch off together, in a laid-back, women-only environment.

Our unique location offers a true sense of freedom and connection, where the ocean becomes your playground and time slows to the rhythm of the waves. Wake up to the sound of the Atlantic rolling onto golden sand beaches before chasing perfect waves and sharing unforgettable moments with your fellow Salty Sisters.

Each day flows naturally around the ocean, good company and unforgettable experiences, with no rush and no pressure: just long days surfing warm Atlantic waves followed by relaxed evenings watching the sunset with like-minded travellers. Here, life is stripped back to the essentials: sun, sea, surf and soul.

The Area And Surf Spots

Surf Spots

Seignosse sits in the Landes, a few kilometres north of Hossegor on France's southwest Atlantic coast, one of Europe's most famous surf regions, with pine forests running right down to a long stretch of sandy beach breaks.

The Home Break: Les Bourdaines. Right in Seignosse, Les Bourdaines is a beach break with both left- and right-handers, working best on a west swell with offshore easterly winds and around low tide. It holds surfable waves consistently year-round, though it's worth watching for rips and shorebreak.

More Breaks Close By. A short drive south brings you to Hossegor's famous breaks: La Graviere, a heavy, hollow beach break and regular World Tour stop, and Les Estagnots at the southern end of Seignosse, which holds its own powerful, fast waves on the biggest winter swells. Both are for experienced surfers only; for a mellower day, Le Penon back in Seignosse can offer soft, rolling longboard-style waves when the swell drops.

You’ll be staying right in the French epicenter of surfing, in a quiet residential area with detached houses.

The surf camp covers 145 m² and includes a total of 5 bedrooms. It features a large, modern living room with a huge flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxed surf-theory sessions

Our Freesurfer experience lets you surf on your schedule while staying connected to a vibrant community. With the break just steps away, paddle out anytime using your own gear or rent premium boards from our shop. Even without formal lessons, mealtime conversations provide insider tips on tides, conditions, and local spots.

Evenings bring everyone together over dinner, sharing stories of epic rides, wipeouts, and breakthroughs - creating bonds that go beyond the waves.

Seignosse, next to world-famous Hossegor, was the natural choice for our surf camp. Every year, an energetic crew of Salty Sisters reunites to build something special, a surf sisterhood that shares a passion for the sea, adventure, and the pure joy of surfing.

Surf Lessons for Beginners

Our surf lessons for absolute beginners are designed to build confidence in the water. We start with a warm-up and introduce you to essential surf equipment, ocean safety, and basic techniques. You'll learn the basics on land, like paddling, positioning, and practising the pop-up before catching small waves in the white water. As you gain comfort, the focus shifts to balance, control, and even basic turns, all with personalized feedback from your instructor. Safety is our top priority, and our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way. It's all about having fun, feeling the ocean's energy, and enjoying the ride at your own pace.

Our surf lessons for absolute beginners are priced at 220€ for five lessons, including equipment for the week. This price covers everything you need to get started, from the surfboard to the wetsuit. There are no hidden costs, so you can focus on enjoying the experience and improving your skills.

Group Lessons for Intermediate Surfers

Enhance your skills in a supportive and motivating surf community. Our lessons focus on refining technique, wave positioning, and style through expert coaching, video analysis, and personalized feedback. You'll gain deeper ocean awareness, improve wave selection, and boost confidence with premium equipment provided. Progress, connect, and have fun while sharing the stoke with like-minded surfers.

Private Surf Lessons for Couples
