The Accommodation

Our Surf House is tucked away from the noisy main road but still on the Ocean side.  You will find our newly built Villa in the Cape of Weligama, a safe and well protected area lifted above ocean level. The Villa is very near the beach but yet still surrounded by a jungle green fauna where you are able to spot exotic animals like mongooses, lizards, peacock, kameleons and you can even see our monkey family swinging from tree to tree. 

The villa is has 10 high standard comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms, hot well working showers and A/C. We offer a large pool of 11 x 5 meters, a large yoga area of 70m2, outdoor Cinema, board storage, garden and a luxury open kitchen where you can see our inhouse chefs prepare daily the tasty dinners.

Our in-house chefs prepare daily freshly made breakfast, lunch and dinner! It`s like a cooking show in our luxury open kitchen. Fresh, clean and you can see how they work and prepare our food. Do you have some special requests ? No problem we can fix it all, any type of allergy we will find a solution for you.

The breakfast & dinners we serve is a blend of the unique Sri Lanka cuisine and European inspired food based on locally sourced products. It is full and rich of flavor. Everyday we serve a regular option and a vegetarian option at our dinner also gluten & lactose free options are available on demand.

The Surf

The surf camp is a short walk to the nearest surf spots, reef breaks: Jungle Beach & Turtle Bay and just 500 meters away from the huge sandy surf beginners and longboard beach break in Weligama Bay. Within a 10 min drive from our Villa you are able to reach somer other surf spots like Rams, Lazy left, Marshmellows, Madiha, Mirissa point and more. Because Solid Surf House is centrally located between all the surf spots, we are able to go to each direction without any extremely long drives like most other surf camps have that are based in  for example; Ahangama, Kabalana, Midigama, SKtown or Madiha.

We cater to beginners and offer special 2 sessions day to intermediate and advanced Surfers.
